How do I sign up for Unlimited Wash Club?
Sign up is easy, pull up to either our self service kiosk station or our attended lane and select the wash level you want and pay with a credit or debit card.  We now also offer the ability to sign up and manage your Unlimited Plan online.

How do I pay for my Topanga Speedwash Unlimited Wash Club Plan?
The credit or debit card used when you join the Unlimited Wash Club will be charged monthly on the anniversary date. Each membership is per vehicle and cannot be shared. Prices subject to change without notice.

How often can I wash my vehicle?
As often as you like!

Where can I use my Unlimited Wash Club plan?
You can use your Unlimited Wash Club Plan at any of our stations however we have reserved the Members Only lanes specifically for club customers and for the quickest service we recommend you use that lane.

How do I discontinue my Unlimited Wash Club membership?

There are two options for discontinuation:

  1. You can discontinue your plan on location with any attendant. There is no contract or obligation and you can discontinue at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing.
  2. You can now discontinue online on our membership management page.  Fill out the form and submit to instantly opt out of further billing.  Your membership will be discontinued on your next billing cycle and you will no longer be charged.  Discontinuations cannot be processed via email contact.

Can my Unlimited Wash Club Plan be used for more than one vehicle?
An Unlimited Wash Club Plan is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit our attendant to get your club sticker updated.

Do you offer memberships for commercial vehicles?
Yes!  We welcome commercial vehicles drivers and offer 2 membership levels for Uber, Lyft and other commercial vehicles.  Just let our attendant on site know and they will get you signed up.

Is a Club sticker required?
Yes. When you join the Unlimited Wash Club, a small RFID tag about the size of a stick of gum will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.

How can I replace my Club sticker Tag?
Got a new car or had a window replaced? No problem! See an attendant at your nearest location and they can replace it for you.

What if I get a new credit card?
You can talk with an attendant on location to update your membership information so that you can maintain your club benefits.

UNLIMITED MANAGEMENT

Do I need my Unlimited pass number to cancel my plan or update my card?
Yes, to manage your plan, you will need the 11-digit number on the Club sticker on your windshield (it will be in the format 12345+123456). If you don’t have access to your Club sticker we may use your name and credit card data to access your membership details.

How long does it take for my plan to be discontinued?
In order to allow processing time, any updates should be completed 7 business days prior to the anniversary date on which your card will be recharged. If you discontinue, your plan will remain active until the next billing date and you may continue to wash during this time.

Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan will remain active until the next billing date.

Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit card or cancel my plan?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation after you complete your request.

What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
We would be happy for you to return as an Unlimited Wash Club member. Simply visit us and we can re-enroll you.

SPEED SAVINGS TEXT PROGRAM

How do I enroll in the Speedsavings Text Club?
Visit our online form to claim your Free Wash or 1st Month Unlimited discount.  You can claim your signup bonus with either an email or phone number to receive your communications via email or text.

How do I receive my Free Wash?
When you complete enrollment you will enter your information into our automated system.  You will instantly receive a text message (or email depending on your preference) with a code that is valid for your Free Wash, simply bring your phone with you to the car wash and scan it at our kiosk to wash free that visit.

How often should I expect to receive texts?
The Speed Savings Text Club is not used to collect or sell your information, you will only receive periodic texts from Topanga Speedwash regarding weekly specials and holiday deals.  You will be contacted no more than once per week from our system.

Can I opt out of the text program?
If you reply to your text “STOP” you will be removed from our contact list.

What is Topanga Speedwash doing to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Due to the growing concern of health and safety to our employees and customers we have created guidelines to ensure our facility follows proper social distancing.  We are currently operating with a safe, contact-free washing environment where you can come clean your vehicle with the smallest amount of interaction required.  Additionally we have closed half of our vacuuming spaces to maintain distance between our customers as we continue to sanitize and keep our site clean.  We will continue to post safety updates to our main page during this pandemic.
